Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to the ISINDI website, downloads, documentation, support services and Retrig MP Trigger software. The seller and rights holder is individual entrepreneur Soloshchenko Sergey Sergeevich, INN 860315039690, address: Saint Petersburg, Shuvalovsky Ave., 72k1, apt. 68. Contact: admin@isindisound.com.
Retrig MP Trigger is supplied as beta software. Beta builds are fully usable according to the license type, but may receive functional updates, compatibility fixes and documentation updates before the stable 1.0 release.
A trial license is provided for evaluation for the stated trial period. A paid license grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the plug-in for music production on the supported systems and formats listed on the download page.
You may not resell, rent, sublicense, share license keys, bypass activation, remove protection mechanisms, reverse engineer the software except where mandatory law allows it, or use the service in a way that disrupts the website, license server or payment flow.
Purchases are processed by payment providers. The public offer and refund policy describe price, payment, refund and support terms. If payment is confirmed, the license key is delivered to the email address provided during checkout.
Support is provided by email and through the support form. We may request reasonable technical details such as DAW, operating system, plug-in version and screenshots to diagnose an issue.
The website, installers, documentation and software are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every host, operating system, plug-in bridge or third-party product. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
We may update these terms when the product, payment flow, legal requirements or support process changes. The updated version becomes effective when published on this page.
Third-Party Instruments, Samples and Content
Remiq Professional is a general-purpose tool for recording, sampling, editing and exporting audio. Its technical ability to host an instrument or capture, process or export audio does not grant you permission to use that instrument or audio in any particular way.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Remiq Professional complies with applicable law and the licence terms governing any third-party virtual instruments, sample libraries, presets, recordings or other content you use with it. Before sampling or exporting such content, you must obtain any rights and permissions required for your intended use.
Purchasing or licensing a third-party product does not necessarily permit you to extract or resample its sounds, convert them for use in another sampler, or use them to create sample packs, loop libraries, virtual instruments or other sound products. Restrictions may apply even to personal or non-commercial use. Adding effects, layering, trimming, renaming, changing pitch or otherwise modifying content does not, by itself, remove those restrictions or grant additional rights.
You must not use Remiq Professional to reproduce, resample, distribute, share, sell or otherwise exploit third-party content unless that use is permitted by the applicable licence, separately authorised by the relevant rights holder, or otherwise permitted by applicable law. This applies to both paid and free distribution.
ISINDI grants no rights in third-party content and makes no representation that any particular third-party product or sound may lawfully be sampled or redistributed. You are responsible for the content you choose to process and for your subsequent use of the resulting files.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or exceptions available to you under applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted by contract.
