These Terms of Use govern access to the ISINDI website, downloads, documentation, support services and Pioneer MP Trigger software. Pioneer MP Trigger is supplied as early access software. Early access builds are fully usable according to the license type, but may receive functional updates, compatibility fixes and documentation updates before the stable 1.0 release.

A trial license is provided for evaluation for the stated trial period. A paid early access license grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the plug-in for music production on the supported systems and formats listed on the download page.

You may not resell, rent, sublicense, share license keys, bypass activation, remove protection mechanisms, reverse engineer the software except where mandatory law allows it, or use the service in a way that disrupts the website, license server or payment flow.

Purchases are processed by payment providers. The public offer and refund policy describe price, payment, refund and support terms. If payment is confirmed, the license key is delivered to the email address provided during checkout.

Support is provided by email and through the support form. We may request reasonable technical details such as DAW, operating system, plug-in version and screenshots to diagnose an issue.

The website, installers, documentation and software are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every host, operating system, plug-in bridge or third-party product. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

We may update these terms when the product, payment flow, legal requirements or support process changes. The updated version becomes effective when published on this page.
